I asked my colleague about the age limit of free University.  My colleague said "Are you crazy!! they are a rubbish bin."  She thinks the age limit would be ~32 years old.

I don't mind people having age discrimination because it is not shame to be over certain age but using rubbish really very impolite.

I just passed by and am very interested in the discussions here about "Free University Study".  I just surfed the internet and is very happy to share with you on what I've found.

This link (http://finland.cimo.fi/) should take you to the official site where you'll find info about International Programmes offered by Finnish universities and polytechnics.

Some major points ...
-- Yes, the tuition fee is FREE!
-- Overseas students can work no more than 20 hours a week during semesters and full time during holidays. (How amazing!)
-- Must have completed F.7.
-- Applications start from February.

There is a pdf document to cover the details.  Go and check it out yourselves.

唔駛咁大反應, 你要知呢句說話係出於一個半唐番 (唔係我).  佢都係Germany Free U 返黎, 佢話人地收生都有要求, 唔係隨便比 d 垃圾佢都收.  年齡其一, 學業水平也有要求的, 明未!

我終於問左我妹妹啦~~~~個英文試叫做 "IELTS", 即係 International English Language Testing System, 係英國文化協會度考架~~~你地有興趣既, 可以自己去英國文化協會個網頁度睇, 佢有哂費用, 考試時間表及 preparation...等等....希望呢D資料可以幫到大家啦~~~~

仲要係香港考一個英文試, 不過我唔記得左係咩試~~~好似一年有好多次架~~~

IElts ....you can take as many times as you like.
but then you'd better prepare for the oral part
