梁校長 /  Mrs. Leung  均可，但個人覺得叫佢做梁校長會尊重一點。

I addressed the letter to Mrs. Leung.

You should wait for the final school report coz Mrs. Leung probably won't consider it without complete information.  

I would think that chances for written test will be given to boys who rank top 3 in other schools unless they possess other impressive skills.  The performance in the written test is a major consideration.

叩門位: depends how many give up the seat(s).

My son got in during the 1st round. Will I receive letters about the summer course in the coming weeks? Do I need to call the school to find out? Thanks for your help!

The summer class is ~ from 15/7 to 15/8. There are plenty of choice from, swimming, table tennis, football, basketball, gym to writing, art..etc. You should recieved the letter before the enrollment in mid/late June.
