We will be working overseas for a year or two starting next year. My daughter has not started school yet but will be when we come back. Should I apply an IS (kinder) and reserve a seat before we leave? Is there any IS that would admit kids that are returned from overseas right away?

Any suggestion and information is welcome.

wcllks,

ESF kinder do not accept application until the kid turns 3 while some other IS will do.

When your kid return from overseas and he/she shows inability to cope with local schooling, he/she would have the first priority to enter any ESF school.

You'd better check with your target school's policies before you leave.
