我阿仔是讀黃大仙區中學。最近通識科test有一條全班無人識答的題目，現在和大家分享一下，睇到答案都唔識，哈哈！

Lin Zhihui,Former Deputy Manager, State-run toy factory:
"I went to Hong Kong in 1986 to visit my relatives. A friend of mine introduced me to this game. I saw it was all about property dealings and about banks offering help with personal finances and making money from such services. I thought all this knowledge was`something people of our generation had never been aware of."
The game that Lin Zhihui talked about was Monopoly. By the middle of the 1980s, Lin introduced this game to save her state-run factory which suffered from long standing loss.
a)With reference to the urban reform policy, suggest the reason(s) why Lin was able to introduce the game Monopoly to save her state-run toy factory.(2marks)
b)The game Monopoly was popular in Shanghai. According to Lin, "it enriched the imagination of the people."Refer to source 1 and the pre-reform conditions in China,explain why the game was so well-received by people in Shanghai.(4marks)

不要追求"標準答案", 你會在通識科當中壯烈犧牲.

通識科正正要求學生有廣闊的視野,所以課程內容多樣化是無可避免的.

大家有無從入手的感覺,主要是通識科問題較其他科目"婉轉". 不會出現1 + 1 =? 的問題. 因此解題能力十分重要, 要明白問題想你懂什麼.

當中你要對年份特別敏感, 因為不少政策的推行對整個社會有極大改變.至於對政策的認識,就要靠你們平時多看新聞了.沒事將老師教的東西在網上查一下,會看到更多相關的內容,對補充知識有很大幫助

1. 1985年中國政府推行城巿改革政策,將國營企業中由中央委派的"管理人員"調回,引入巿場經濟,發展中國式的社會主義巿場經濟(Soicalist Market Economy)(呢個term大家唔明都聽過掛?無聽過?咁你真係"通通唔識"...)加強了國營企業的自主性. 因此Lin先生能引入大富翁遊戲當中的經濟學問,挽救國營企業.

2.上海是中國的直轄巿,是中國經濟與金融中心. 亦是自1985年推行城巿改革政策後首4個沿海開放城巿之一. 在國營企業自主權大增,外資進駐等有利條件下,不少農村人口湧入上海尋求發展機會,令上海人口急增. 因此大富翁這個新穎的遊戲,當中先進的經營及經濟理念自然大受歡迎.

P.S. 第二題答得頹D...趕住收工,4分應該拎唔晒..

你的答案很精彩，一定可以很高分，不過以一個中二學生就一定唔識答。
老師建議答案如下：
1a)This is because of the reforms of state-owned enterprises from 1979 onwards .Under the new system,state-owned enterprises could decide autonomously on the products they would produce to meet the market demand after achieving the national missions.
1b)This is because under a planned economy,nobody bought properties/no private property was allowed.But in this game,there are property sales,leases,and money changes hands.The real winner gets to build a big house and has a lot of money in hand.This was very novel in the 1908s.Therefore,the game was well-received by Shanghai populace.

I can't really remember what questions in his test paper, it's about population and poverty problem but what I think is those topics are difficult for them to fully understand, they are too young to understand, the questions from yr school is even more difficult, you hv to understand China's situation in order to answer those questions, I think it's too much for them.

大家不要只著重同學是否知道某一方面的知識. 坦白講, 如果無通識呢一科,如果題目唔係關於中國大陸的發展, 你認為同學會主動去了解嗎?

只係係度抱怨題目太深,對同學仔無幫助吧...

P.S.:老師建議答案比我想像中的簡單,最少對個別政策其實不用有深入了解亦可以作答.雖然我對第二題的答案有保留,但其實老師的要求不算嚴格(搞乜你要講明係上海?個答案同上海一D關係都無囉..玩死人咩..)

其實我在這裏發表都不是因為抱怨，是想和大家分享，而且想從大家的經驗吸取意見，想幫助阿仔找尋學習的方法。

明天阿仔通識科考試，我都是叫他串了一些名詞和記住中國不同時間發生乜事件，和每件事的影響，從而可以在考試中可以寫出自己的見解。

Wiki是一個非常好的網站, 有空多去看看,可以增長不少知識. 而且當中內容淺白易懂,初中生都可以睇得明.

"通識"有時真係好睇你自己夠唔夠努力去睇一D上堂無講過既野. 老師有時都真係講唔到咁多.時間加上能力所限只能輕輕帶過.

除左讀通識方法,我諗你要輔導下個仔既心理. 當你見到都覺得頭痛,不其然流露對課程不滿的態度,好容易影響左佢既學習態度. 誇張D講,讀黎讀去都唔識,又唔知點讀,遲D可能逢親"通識科"講既內容佢都會覺得反感而抗拒去認識. 十年八載之後就真係"通通唔識"喇.

其實教育局已在今年發出初中的通識教學教引—「Life and Society Curriculum Guide (Secondary 1-3) (2010)」：

初中通識科有7個教學範疇，但指引容許學校採用不同的課程規劃，因此學校之間教學先後次序會有分別。

囡囡現讀中一，她的學校大致採用「由近而遠」原則組織課程單元，先從最熟悉的環境開始，逐步推展至陌生的場景。先認識自己，再講學校，而現在教香港的經濟。在這種模式下，小朋友較容易適應。
