Since I attended the briefing by the principal during interview, I remember she said whoever being invited and came to the briefing, the children will be accepted.
I heard from neighbours whose kids are born in later months and the kindergarten never called them for interviews. However, since the second round registration has passed, some spaces should be released so there will be openings again.
