Apart from WKS, are there other campuses accepting more Cat 2 kids? or anyone can have a 'ranking' order of Cat 1/Cat 2 successful applicants for each ESF kinder last year to give a general feeling  to Cat 2 parents?  Thanks a lot.

I guess more classes, higher chance for Cat. 2 applicants.

WKS and TY.  Fewer Cat 1 parents in those areas.  And few Cat 1 parents choose WKS really.

Thanks a lot. May I ask ESF for the no. of classes in each campus before submitting my application?  
TY is closer to me as compared with WKS, but not sure if the chance for Cat 2 applicants is ok (as high as the others in HK Island or WKS).  

see if anyone can share a bit more on their experience.  Thanks.

The above link tells you about the staff and the number of classes in TY.  ESF kindy usually have about 20 children per class.

The chances of getting into a particular school really depends on how many Cat 1 students apply that year, and how many Cat 2 students who have priorities before you.  Mind you that many Cat 2 students have priority because their siblings are already in the ESF system.
