Would that be so called 'growing pain'? In western world, people said that it is due to the growth of the bones. Some kids have these until 12 yrs old. I myself did have it when I'm in primary school. So do my daughters... it usually happens at night time. No prevention, but you can try to apply '獅子油' and rub the painful area until you feel it warm, it could really help to relief the pain. This method was taught by my aunt and I found it very effective. It's also good for my children now.
However, it is important to check with the doctor that the pain is not caused by other sickness or injuries... |
