I applied ESF when my daughter was in K3 of local school (that's Year 1 in ESF).
2 year's later, we're still waiting. Luckily we got the chance to transfer to KCIS in Year 3. That means my daughter studied in DSS in P1, then she joined KCIS as Year 3.
On the same year, we decided to join the NR queue too.
No place for both NR and normal waiting queue on that year.
3 years after the application, ESF gave us the spot in Year 4. My daughter passed the interview and joined ESF. This is from the normal queue, not the NR queue.
If you decided to wait in NR queue, ESF won't immediately charge any money. Once there's a spot, you need to pay 50K for interview. If you pass the interview and get the offer, but decide not go to, the 50K is gone. Otherwise you pay 450K more to secure the offer. |
