Thx for your information, I think we really need to clarity on the fees and debentures before enrolm ... Still less than Harrow ($600k), but more than ICS ($200k). But CAIS tuition is lower than both.
Unfortunately, cost of building a school is huge, and the money has to come from somewhere. When you have small class sizes, you have less pockets to dig into for the money, and the cost of everything has gone up in the last several years.
The administration has a choice to make; they can build a mediocre facility and have a lower debenture, or they can build a great facility with a higher debenture. This is true for any school. And it looks like we know what they are choosing based on the increase in the debenture.
