The purpose of the list is to set up an activities club for those children who are going to study in Kentville in this Sept. However, no activity is being held up to this moment due to different reasons.

hi dear,
is this a good idea if holding a party in Macdonald,
i have asked one Macdonlad nearby my place, they replyed me as following :

1. IF JUST CHARGE FOOD ONLY
we can stay there for one hour only, no gift and game provided.

2. OTHER THAN FOOD CHARGE , WE PAY EXTRA $12 PER KID (the way just like birthday party):
we can stay there for 1.5 hr, gift and game provided.

does anyone has suggestion?

Kwinghei & mcheung,

I think Macdonald is one of the good place for gathering. Except this, we can also consider to hold a function in a countrypark where is easy to access.

BTW, is unlce MacDonald is there if we choose the style like birthday party?

sorry, no uncle there, just someone called "sister Macdonald' holds the party.

meanwhile, if make sure to make funtion in Macdonald, i think it is better grouping the kids by 3 sessions, ie 1. dorset crescent 2. kent am and 3. kent pm

hi every mom
good news, a staff of Macdonald promise me that we can stay there for 1.5 hr and allow our kids palying game even we dont pay extra HK$12 per kid (but no sister Macdonald nor gift provided)
so, i manage the first funtion for our kids, hope your kids and u from Dorset or Kent can join it as well.

details as following :
Date : 15/5
time : 5:00-6:30pm
place : Jordan Macdonald (tel : 23325215)
         Pak Shing Building basement,
         Jordan Road 31-37
         (MTR jordan station exit A)
persons : around 50
         (I expected 1 adult carrying 1 kid, so total 25 pairs)
Fee    :
1st alternative- about $30 per kid ( including one happy meal )  balance is for us to buy some gifts
2nd alternative - $35 per kid (including extra HK$12 per kid for Macdonald providing games and gift to us

p.s. if adult want to order food, just pay the exact $ amount of  food only.

If anyone interested in, please sign and pm me your contact no.
meanwhile, is any mom willing to in charge of providing game at that time? if i cannot find anyone to help me, i will choose 2nd alternative.

I've been reading the message months ago but I am too lazy to enrol.

This website and the other "HK-farm" give me a lot of comment and info. so that I have much more understanding on Kentville. Also, one of Sam's teachers in his current nursery also recommend this school. She was a teacher in Kentville before, admitted the cirriculum is very high. Both students and parents have to put effort in revision. But the outcome is rewarded by developing childrens' sense of responsibility and knowledge.

Have you checked how much it charges for Unlce MacDonald provided? I think kids will be more happy if unlce MacDonald appears.
