Mine is around $16k also.  Today I also contacted the sales to come to my house for the training again because I have a new maid soon.  The training is free of charge and also without the quota.

我都係用rainbow, 我工人每星期換床單時就會吸埋床"肉"同pillow, 我老公有好勁鼻敏感, 真係好左好多, 個囡既"考"喘都冇乜發過啦, 平時天氣乾燥, 我會開住做空氣淨化, 雖然貴, 但係都係值既

No need to buy rainbow , all water filter model(e.g. Karcher , Osim) can do the same job , only $4-6K , don't waste money. See HK Consumer Council report 4/2003.

I used Osim before but it broke down after just more than 1 year. and the replacement filter cost more than $200 a set. If you vacuum everyday I think you have to replace 3-4 sets every year.
After that I bought a Hyla, It works good, my maid vacuum everyday and vacuum mattress and pillows and plush toys of my son every week. Since it provide 10 years warranty and no replacement filter needed so economical if you vacuum everyday.

But a few days ago my son undergo a skin test and confirmed he's allergy to Dust mite, Doctor sais we don't have to buy special vacuum cleaner, just buy mattress encasing and pillow casing which prevent the dust mite from the mattress and pillow coming out and wash bed linens every week with hot water will do a very good result. So I bought an encaing for a single bed for $1200 with 5 year warranty.(actually price for encasing range from $500 to $1200 for single bed)

佢敏感Dust mite 指數係12，超晒標，
佢會敏感到成面紅腫一舊舊，
眼水同埋鼻水長流既！
佢個醫生一樣叫佢唔好買咩吸塵器，
只要用防Dust mite 既床套，
又或是買一張防Dust mite 床褥咪一勞永逸囉！
而家我細妹出差都拎埋防Dust mite 枕頭套，
無再起過喇，出差唔同帶住部機吸床咩？！
