Yes, she is absolutely a bright girl as she is a mixed Chinese and Australian. Therefore, she can speak fluent English and Cantonese. I think she is early mature because she knows what is interview and the objective of the interview. Therefore, I think it is difficult to compare with her. My son doesn't know why he will take the so called "interview" up till this moment.
One parent together with the kid can wait outside the waiting area, then you will hand the kid to the principal. She will bring the kid only to her room to interview for a few minutes, then hand the kid to you again.
I know the principal not only asks questions but also ask them to draw or colour some pictures. I don't know what exact questions she will ask. However, it is not very difficult to answer once the kid understands the question and is willing to answer the principal.
Just be relax, as we are parents, not everything is under our control especially a little child at the age of 3 or 4. Therefore, I treat this interview as a game for my son and hope that he will gain experience as a part of his life.
