其實陳守仁真係唔錯,有個街坊囡囡讀佢,讚口不絕, 好多人話佢無中學, 6年之後又煩過,其實這個係佢個優點.因佢要係小學階段,操fit自己既學生, 考band one中學,所以有人話佢中文唔得, TSL叫d學生寫中文日記.
比較其他dss來講, 陳守仁算係谷+!又5會無功課, 又5會好多!
我鍾意TSL&聖瑪加利走傳統, 考本地高考. 唔想去d,  學西方教學模式, 少功課, 強調思維創意, 但最終條路, 又唔係IB課程, 考本地高考, 十分怪! 怕最終兩頭唔到岸.  

DGS係好谷, 唔一定個個讀DGS英文都講到好流利,好睇小女孩既家庭背景, 我都識人讀完DGS,英文都係一般,會考英文都係"D" . 佢不是幫學校出賽果d, 佢係小學讀書成績很好, 考入去佢既中學, 但係屋企就無錢. 另外識一dgs, 英文十分流利,富有家庭, 爸爸媽媽平日都係講英文,得閒睇吓歌劇,去歐洲shopping....
後者係我佬細個女!

不過無可否認她的英文水平很高, 佢集中左一批有人力,財力既家長.特別中學轉埋直資之後,更叻!
話說某人囡囡成功考入小一, 學校隨即比左d notes 位家長,叫佢個女係暑假記曬所有英文生字, suppose每個準小一生都要識曬這堆生字喎!真係 ! 讀好每一種語言無shortcut.

始終小朋友都要應付傳統公開考試, 活動教學係一個踏腳平台比小朋友開開心心適應小學生活, 培養學習興趣同自學能力, 再慢慢轉回傳統教學, 應付公開試.  香港教育制度係咁樣, 無辦法好似外國咁可以成個小學及初中教學都行活動教學.

Me too,  Still waiting for the interview time.  I called to school twice last week.   They said have to wait for their call ....

I submitted the application form to them on Sep 3 and they have arranged the interview to my son this week. I did complain about this to. St. Margaret cus some of the applicants have ever taken the 2nd interview and got acceptance from the school. That's ridiculous. I can only say that their admin office is just in a mess. Some of the girl can't even answer my question such as not sure what's their head teacher's family name.

其實間間直資收生面見的安排都唔同...當然聖瑪加利都幾唔同吓,因我雖只得一次interview, 但佢地都係打電話同你約的,而唔係寄信....以我認為, 此校真係主收英文根基較好的小朋友, 所以佢地似以速戰速決的形式去收生, 總之一見啱就即收, 唔係甘formal甘, 見哂所有申請者先再有2nd interview, 再出final....

我個仔17/9見完到係bk見有小朋友同個仔同一日見都已在同一星期約24/9見2nd round, 所以我已確定我個仔failed 雖然未收到任何rejection notice....

無話好失望...只係好比心機做呢間的profile..而做得自己幾滿意都好..個仔唔啱間學校就係唔啱...亦同時話我個仔唔合適讀呢間學校..

我會向其他學校發力...希望總有間有成果...

The school told me to wait for their call.  So I think there's no letter to inform the interview schedule.

其實亦唔需要太早失望, 一直到出年9月入學仲有成10個多月時間, 中間仲會有好多變數, 靜觀其變啦.  得閒就打去學校問吓情況, 希望在人間.

我昨日下午interview,等了約1 hour,小朋友出來後冇人交代一聲,自行離開就算了.感覺上佢地由P1 briefing,到 interview,d arrangement 都好一般, compare to Ying Wa, YW concern 家長的feeling 多d (唔計late send out of interview notification ).
