My boy usually only tells me what he eats & drinks in school but yesterday he complained a classmates always push him.

Oh yes, my boy didn't attend PN and he keeps saying "no school no school" every morning.  But lucky that he didn't cry at all...

Oh, this is why?  This is the first time your boy experiences "Anxiety of Separation" ah, it is very common.  My girl did not like going to school at the begining of PN too.....no worry.

Give him some time to fit the environment.  Told my son that he is going to sing and play with the friends.  Sometimes they just simply saying no for everything.  Don't forget they are now 3 and learn how to reject stuff.  Cheers

Hope that classmate is not my girl : )  My girl can only tell me what she eats and drinks in school when I asked.....nothing else in school.  But it seems always bread and biscuit and water : ) I doubt if she is telling me the truth.

My son also can't recall much of what happens at school. At best, he tells me he drinks chocolate milk, i doubt if that is true!

Also i figure out he learnt his name in mandarin. Beyond that i dont' know what he has learnt or done. He can't even tell him the surname of the "lao shi"!!

my daughter also won't tell me what happened in school ga.  Sometimes when I ask her question, for example, whether she made lantern in school or not (usually I ask questions about things that I know they already did in class), she will answer "NO!"...sigh

Panala, I suddenly recalled an incident. When my girl was around 2.5 years old, my niece who was 6 years old at that time, one day, when she heard my husband shouting "NO" to my girl, she suddenly said to my husband "舅父,你唔好再同佢講NO 啦, 你可不可以同佢講YES, BB成日學你講NO, 好煩呀!"

I think it is because we as an adult says too much NO to them, so, they now keep on saying NO to us loh : )

Yes yes, I think so... although I said "NO" to my little boy all the time, hehe.

By the way, they have bread and cookies/crackers/biscuits all the time.  And at least 3-4 days with water.... usually they have 維他奶/x精 on Monday.  I think they have 益力多 1 or 2 times so far... (that's what I saw on the receips posted)

And today they have banana and cookies and water (infromed from my boy).

Oh, did you all buy the winter uniform??

maybe la, but I think she likes to 亂講多d law..eg. she will tell me "XXX pee pee on her clothes, so she change her PE uniform and wear the dress" (on a PE day), but actually, I saw that girl was wearing dress already when she went to school in the morning.  She can even tell my grandmother that I saw my helper beating her, but did not stop my helper wor...sigh...Of course, everyone knows that it's not the truth.  

She always want others to be naughty and she can be the best/good girl.

I'm now keep telling her she is still a good girl while others can also be good and working hard to teach her when can she use such kind of "imagination" and when cannot law.

Panala, your girl is cute.......good at imaginating and creating!  My girl will never admit she has done something wrong by shouting crazily "Not me, Not me" , even when all of us saw she has done it, she still will not admit it.

Why you need to buy, your girl grows up so quickly that she cannot wear the PN winter uniform already?  If so, I need to let my girl try them now lah.

When i checked with my girl; normally, they will have Vita Soymilk on Monday, and then most of the time are biscuits (2 pieces). Sometimes, add with half of a banana.
Most of the time are water.

How nice that some of you can see you kids as school. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I work full time so my son is the only source.

I am a working mum too.  If you work on the HK side, you can make your kid to get up earlier, then you can go to school with him/her in the morning and then go to work afteward.  

I plan to do so as I also work on HK side, but my girl keeps on waking up late.....so, I have been to school with her once only in Sept......actually, I have received a complaint from teacher for going to school too late already...... I feel so sorry and is trying my best to wake my girl up.  hiiiiii.........but she is really a lazy pig : )
