When my son was 18 mths, we met a serious doctor in gov't clinic  who was willing to check my son properly and he said that my son was supsected Autism and arranged us to have further test in Kwun Tong.

Then my son had further test in 19 mths and confirmed he has autistic features and my son's features were quite like your examples quoted.  So, I thought that the doctor in Gov't Testing Ctr could let you have an answer.

No matter what is the results, the parents must support their children and all the parents who have autistic children or development delayed children would support each other.  Good Luck.

Yes, I agree with maymay621's opinion.  My son is also A Boy.  He likes to pick up the toy but not play in correct method.  A boy or girl is usually difficult in playing Pretending Game.
