DIOCESAN GIRLS' SCHOOL

Information on Application for Secondary One Places (2014 - 2015)

You are invited to DGS to find out more about the School and application details at the

Introductory Talk: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday, 28th September 2013

A. Application and Selection Details
Our selection process comprises two rounds:
1. short-listing applicants on documentary information (50%) based on the personal portfolio and
2. administering interviews in English and Chinese as well as skills tests (50%).

Stage 1 Application Period: 30th September - 21st October 2013

During the first stage, applicants are selected based on the following criteria:
Academic performance and conduct (10%)
Extra-curricular activities and services in school (10%)
Academic / non-academic special skills (10%)
Academic / non-academic exposures outside school (20%)

學校不設預先登記，所有人都是Walk in。
Auditorium 有千多個座位。
怕滿，唯有早少少到。

Stage 1 Application Period: 30th September - 21st October 2013During the first stage, applicants are selected based on the following criteria:

To take part in Stage 1 of the screening test, interested parents should send the following documents IN PERSON to our School, located at 1 Jordan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Exit B2 of the Jordan MTR Station) from 30th September to 21st October 2013 (Mon – Fri 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sat 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon)

a) school reports of the student from P.4 to P.6 (P.6 reports can be submitted as supplementary documents attached to the "supplementary information covering sheet" when they are available),

b) a copy of the student's portfolio, using the portfolio summary as the covering pages and the Personal Information Form (Sports) for the School's reference) and

c) 1 stamped and addressed envelope

請問有無人知portfolio有無限頁數，除了portfolio summary form外可不可以加自己的covering page?
