你上學界體育聯會的網站，便可以睇到那些中學有參加比賽。那些中學自然有校隊的。

我不知其它學校係點,
我大仔間學校,在升中一時體育老師揀咗佢入校隊,
不過從來冇集體操水,只係叫佢自己返去操多D,
有比賽時就代表學校出去游.

Not many... I asked the same question in those Talks organised by Shatin secondary schools. Most of them (should say Band 1 schools) do NOT have proper school swimming team (I mean those practise several times a week under the school coach).

Those schools sending students to attend the inter-school swimming competition may not have proper school swimming team thoughout the school year. They may gather those interested students to swim several times before the competition, or even without any practise as they assume that their students have their own practises under the guidance of private swimming club/team/coach.

I read from Baptist Lui Ming Choi's website and guess it may have its school swimming team but not sure how frequent of the practices.

沙田及西貢區中學分會校際游泳賽

有參賽學校，未必有泳隊訓練，或者連游水課都無。樓主想小朋友學校有泳隊訓練，又要沙田區，不如同自己泳會教練攞資料實際D，大部份中學泳隊隊員都會跟自己泳會操，多過跟自己學校，而且沙田有泳池嘅津中真係幾難揾。
