Depending on the schools you want to apply for. I known some will make it available but heard some only will distribute the forms by hand. Better call the school to reconfirm directly.

有些學校可以download, 我就遇過有些學校要睇完成績才俾叩門form給妳，所以最好打電話去問學校！間間都不同！
