Not really.The staff of st paul told me not all the applicants on waiting list.

The staff told me there are around 800 applicant and selected 400kids for interview. And the offered 100 seats at this stage.

I submitted my son's application at 4:00pm last day of application, his number is 88X shown in interview notice, so the total applicants may reach 900. With discussion with my son, we selected another DSS school in East Kolwoon and we gave up SPC's offer together with the musican scholarship, with consideration of travelling time, religious, my son's learning attittude, etc. Actually, it is not an easy decision between these 2 schools with similar banding, but SPC with longer proven performance.

Your son's result must be great especially in music as you got SPC's scholarship. Hope he will be studying happily in the DSS in East Kln. I am very happy to hear that you made decision with your son for selecting a school.

I have just rec'd the call from SPC and got an offer -- very good news to my family! Really want to tell my son immediately.

It seems that the school starts calling the waiting students today, good luck to those who are waiting!

Congratuations, SPC has started hoilday from today afternoon to 15th of April, so SPC may call the waiting list after holiday.

I have called SPC, they said that the first batch of "waiting list" had been informed. They will call the second batch after the deadline of registration (after PHs) which places depend on the no. of students registered. If no call before April that means no offer at this stage, may wait till July. Good luck to all parents whose kids on the waiting list....

Also hope many students like the son of "pennyfklai" had got offers by their beloved schools so that they can release the SPC offers to the students on the waiting list indeed.

Hi Jackieson,

Did you try other DSS other than St Paul. For my son, we got an offer from HKUGA in Feb but prefer to try St Paul and Govt school.
