我記得要申請費用,請問多少呢?
回郵信封幾多個呢?

· The closing date of application is 2nd December 2011 (5:00 p.m.).

· The following documents should be returned to the school on or before the closing date:
- Completed Application Form with the applicant’s recent photo affixed
- Completed Identification Form for Interview with the applicant’s recent photo affixed
- Photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate and certificate of Baptism (if applicable)
- Photocopies of the applicant’s school reports of the past three years (P.6 reports to be
submitted if available)
- Two self-addressed stamped envelopes
