it's hard to compare their reputation, it's not fair to UCCKE. firstly, we take a look at school fee;
UCCK's school fee is less than$2,500, but啟思中學 should be more than $2xxxx; and i know 啟思中學 can provide 2 systems, one is local, the other one is IB. therefore, it is a main issue how much you can afford for your child school fee.
