Firstly, you need to consider the banding / performance of the kid. If he / she is so outstanding, it is not a problem...Right?!

Of course, you can select any schools you like in 1st round.

To play safe (in case you cannot get the offer in this round), you need to have a "safe list" in 2nd round (i.e. lucky draw).

For example, the schools you like are not in the same district - you may not be able to select them again in Part B for lucky draw. Then your chance will be limited to a) 1st round, & b) part A in 2nd round.

In fact, the schools you select may be popular & the competition is keen. So you must have a good plan in selection the ones you like.
