Those schools used hundreds of thousands HK dollars to do it.
Some examples are St. Paul's Convent School, Stewards Pooi Kei College, Logos …..

You can find all of them from the EDB web with “*” before the name of the schools in the CR (Comprehensive Review中學/小學全面評鑑)

Amazing, so many schools out-sourced the CR........ I ran through last 5 years, out-sourced CR more than internal CR.

May be EDB recommended a "3rd party review"? Government officials prefer consultancy reports ........ experts..... Audit Commission......

I reviewed the outsourced institutions, some are ok, like HKU, IEdu, some are coming from nowhere, may be we are not in education field.

Why some being reviewed by EDB and some are not, how to articulate the standard of different schools.

Outsourcing or not, these reports are great for reading. Parents should read those reports "with care" before sending applications.

If you have a large monitor, read your target schools' reports side-by-side, you will find out more.

Parents can read the report of 'True Rule' School. The report describes the school's investment strategy as something like 'smart' or 'shrewd'. And the school has a good accounting system, too!
