What is the Student Reference Number , it should be found in the student's "Primary 6 student Record Form" ?

is it same as the ID Card No. kindly please advise, thanks !

1) Yes, it can be found in the student's "Primary 6 student Record Form"

2) Yes, usually it is the same as the ID Card No.(Birth Certificate No). For students who were not born in HK, the number -may- be different from their id card no.
