有ICL，基本上唔會考慮UCL喇（assume兩間報同一科），點都爭一皮，所以我個人認為考慮只係香港讀定係英國讀。

两間差不多一樣的課程, 那麼只能從hkust icl两者之間选了

什麼是 MCs?
是chem 不是chem engg?

相信樓主意思係MSc（4年制masters）, 所以係MSc唔係Meng。

我曾經在UST DDP office 工作多年，學生們需要完成5年的學位課程。認真，DDP的學生全是尖子，系內學習氣氛濃厚，壓力也相對不少，但大學給予的資源絕不少於SBM GBUS 的學生。其中一個term 必須要到海外交流, 有不少學生能藉着這機會到美國頂尖大學去。
我不熟ICL, 但UST DDP 性價比很不錯！

香港讀書爛grade好多，ust如果讀到高gpa兼且intern做足其實唔會差，不過如果讀書本身唔係特別叻本地三大壓力大好多
