Anyone can share information about this school? Syllabus? Teacher children ratio? Teaching style? Happy school? Chances to get into their primary if 15 points only.............

So did your colleague put in many extra tuitions for their daughters to get into St Stephens? How many years ago was this? What's the boy Vs girl ratio?

I noted that there are lots of December kids but 80% are small b, not big b.

Kindi admission takes into consideration the chances that the girl will get admit into primary school 3 years later. There is no harm in applying, but not everyone gets an interview.

What do you mean? Say for 2013/2014 K1 admittance, chances for Dec 09 BB are higher or Dec 10 BB?

Do they ask kids question or do they ask parents question? 1 parent with child or both parents with child? When was the interview held and results announced previously?

That's my observation in my girl's class. However, I am not sure if the mothers of small december kids are old girls or whether they have sisters studying in the kg or primary. I think the school will consider their application if the chance of those small girls to enter the primary (with sufficient points) is large. It just happened that there are really a lot...nearly 20% of the class I think.

If you only have 15 pt, there is no chance to get into SSGPS in Stage I.
In SSGKG, there is no putonghua. English is supplementary.
Weak in academic but strong in discipline.

So if 15 points only - won't go to their 3rd round? Can knock on the door if their own kindergarten students? What are the chances?

No mandarin class in kindergarten?

My BB 0912 girl, have 20pts, live in same district. I am old girl of SSGC. Asked both child/parents question, parents go together .

The KG uses the same admission criteria of primary school stage I. If you only have 15 pts, that means you have no relationship with the SKH church or the SSGPS. Your daughter has a low chance of admission to this KG unless she is really doing well in the interview. The SSGPS only accepts SSGKG's graduates in the final allocation of unregistered places.

Nobody know. The situation in each year is different. If you have 15 pts only, I will not advise you to try. Kindergarten and primary school headmasters have to cater for the need of alumni, church members and those who have significant contribution to the school.

Not necessarily. my girl got only 10 pts as the first child (last year) and we got the offer. So if you do like the school, you should try best to get in. at the end, the chance of getting into their primary school would be higher for KG students than others who studied in other KG and with low points .
