囡囡有2個offer - 寶血 (AM) 和聖心 (PM)

寶血已交留位費, 聖心3月才交

其實本人較喜歡囡囡讀上午班, 但感覺上聖心好似比寶血較好, 各位媽媽們, 可以給一些意見嗎???

SHCSPS only has 3 classes x 40 pupils (max) = 120 seats
SHCK got 6 classes x 30 pupils = 180 students

However, some kids that have catholic points and/or siblings points from SHCS and/or mother has old girls points from SHCS will get a seat from SHCS at the discretionary stage and may not apply for SHCSPS.

sheffield, may I know whether SHCK allow to join lucky draw? If no, those kids went into St. Stephen girl's / Marymount have given up their SHCSPS seat for the lucky draw?

For school bus from Shau Kei Wan to SHCK, unfortunately it will likely be the beginning of the route for Shau Kei Wan + Taikoo Shing. The travel time will be about 45 mins heading to the kindergarten. For the return trip home, they will still go to Taikoo Shing first but will reverse the order of the drop off points so those being pickup earlier will also reach home early. The trip will takes around 20-40 mins.

SH is much more famous than Precious Blood.
Have yo heard there is any HKCEE 9A from PB? I am an old girl of SH, in my year, my class had THREE 9A students, if the headmistress didn't forbid them to take the 10th subject, sure they will be in the newspaper that year!

我只可以話，兩間係唔同banding嘅學校，聖心科程深好多，寳血小學係津小，靠計分同派位，唔係住net12未必派到

Hi Wing, I thought you mentioned that you live in Shau Kee Wan?  Shau Kee Wan is net 16 bor .....

In fact the primary of SH separates into 2 schools:  SHCSPS and SHCS.  SHCSPS (a.m. session) is a private school which will admit a majority of SH kindergarten students with no limitation on where you live.  SHCS (p.m. session) is a government-aid primary which can get in through the allocation of Discretionary Places at the first phase (based on the marking system) and by lucky draw at the second phase.

Even your target primary schools are those government-aid primary in Net 12, SHCK allows their students to join the lucky draw (per Ian).

However, if SH is not your target school and the long travelling time is a matter to you, you should consider to choose Previous Blood.

A majority of them will go to either SHCSPS (private section not based on 派位) or SHCS (government-aid). Of course, some will go to other DSS / private / government primary schools.

No matter you study PB or SH, she can still allot at Net 12 for the lucky draw. Even she studies SH kinder, she can still get into Net 12 primary by lucky draw. It is not necessary to study at a Net 12 kinder in order to get into a Net 12 Primary.

Lucky draw is based on where you live instead of based on where your kinder locate.

樓主之前話住東區，如果東區返中環對一個幼稚園生比較遠，而小學她有十二網地址，可以抽灣仔網，咁點解要咁遠返學？排位表是參考通常讀寶血幼稚園不一定讀寶血小學。大抽獎第一輪是計分，如果唔夠分讀聖心幼稚園都未必派到。第二輪跟地區，她是東區同十二網，抽十一網無著數。除非是考聖心私，如果不是何必咁遠返學？

她考到聖心是下午班，放學時中環，灣仔逢星期五及特別日子好塞車。如果考到上午班，塞車機會比較少，車程會短好多。

don't be unhappy la. We are already very lucky to have SH offer, no matter it's AM or PM. If you are really eager to let your daughter study AM session, try to write letter but you'll have to wait and see anyone release their AM offer.

其實聖心下午都幾好呀, 咁你女女唔駛咁早起身返學呀嗎, 其實兩間學校都無guarantee 可以上返小學, 但只要你有心, 我覺得聖心(私立或津貼) 點都會收返幼稚園啲學生既, 如果又以小學計 (仲要係女校), 好似聖心好過PB喎.

[fyi. 我大仔都係讀PB, 我地之前住杏花村, travelling time 都要45分鐘, (8:05am校車到), 但好在我地係尾站, 所以係最後上車, 但放學都係最後果批, ]

計分制（適齡 + 天主教分數）係用在首輪自行分配派位上（不限校網）。如首輪唔成功，校網便apply於大抽獎，同校網的個個機會均等，同你有幾分無關。

With 20pts, you can try Marymount, St Paul Catholic Primary, SH (subsidized) etc in the first round 自行分配派位. You can also try to secure a seat at SH(private) at the same time.
If you don't get what you want in 自行分配派位, then use your net 12 address to try your luck again at Marymount, St Paul Primary, etc. And if you still don't get what you want, you still have SH(private).

我有朋友讀PB,到K3了,而家仲未有私小考到......只有等Gov't lucky draw......我覺得,揀聖心好,因為將來你會安心D,為一唔好係下午班........

如果女仔，我一定會揀100% SH (you can apply for 自行入Marymount/St.Paul, even 自行not successful, 亦好高機會入聖心私小，起碼有backup, 你仲有12區地址，又可以再大抽獎入Marymount/St Paul
同埋我自己覺得SH 同PB 不同level (不喜勿插)

我個人認為既然都係玩LUCKY DRAW的話, 跟住址, 那麼其實灣仔姛羅灣好學鈫多的是, 好似聖保祿, 瑪利曼..等等..唔洗誇到好中西區咁辛苦小朋友, 而且小朋友學習能力最好最吸收係上午, 等佢早D習慣上午返校好D~而冄其實兩間幼稚園其實係各方面差都差唔多, 寶血都9科, 聖心10科, 師資差唔多, 要要拿來比, 可能寶血師資仲好D, 聖心1:9.4(上午), 1:9.7 (下午), 寶血1:8.7(上午), 1:8.2(下午), 再加上如果你怕學術方面不足, 返上午班仲可以下午俾小朋友去換外學野, 下午班的話, BB訓左都訓左上午了~上午就浪l費晒了......上面資料都係係網到搵返黎的~作參考好了, 個人認為其實兩間學校差唔多, 看邊間方便自己而已~~

聖心係龍校, 課程相對都深D, 上私小又唔使煩, 但唔係Net 11, 派位就無用.
寶血係Happy School, 校長, 老師全部都很好, 很關心小朋友, 著重德育, 但課程相對淺.
考慮清楚自己要咩再決定 !
