May I ask what's the difference between the two campuses, eg in terms of curriculum, school fee, admission rate, etc. Would you recommend applying to both campuses for nursery class? Many thanks!

Both are good, just apply the one which is convenient for commute, as school bus is very expensive

I think both not too difficult to get in and both are good. It really depends on location. Mind you KLT campus only accept big B for nursery , whampoa accepts kids born of any month but usually big B in am class, small B in pm class, and you cannot switch campus later. But IS nursery school are scare, if you really want to secure a spot in nursery you can start from playgroup which has priority to nursery. Their playgroup is very good too.

Oh sorry , I think you are taking about k1, for nursery , Kowloon tong has very limited number of spots, should be more difficult than whampoa

I read from the website that only those who attend their weekday playgroup have priority in admission. Does anyone know if weekend playgroup attendants have any priority? Thanks!

No priority for weekend playgroup. Not easy to get in Anfield Kowloon tong nursery if u are in weekend playgroup. If location is not a big concern , go for whampoa.

I am not sure about Kln Tong, but KLN tong is not a formal nursery, only whampoa one is a formal nursery and it does not require parent accompanying from 2 years old onwards. But WP nursery can only promote to WP K1, can't be transferred to KLN Tong. You need to apply klN Tong again and do play session again to get transferred.

kowloon tong pre k is only for Big B (born before June I think ). and is 3 hours unaccompanied... is similar to K1 and can go in K1 directly without reapplying.

Yes Kln Tong one is not a formal registered nursery class under HK Education Department. The school uses another company to sign documents with parents, not under the name of Anfield Kindergarten.

We just started pre K today at kln tong. Before we applied and also during our play session we were told kids would not require an adult to accompany when they are used to the environment. However it would seem like they have now become stricter about this now probably because they had been checked by the education bureau, so yes we are now told adult accompaniment is required until the age of 2y8m
now I have to work out my work arrangement to make this work urghhh

Oh poor you! We cannot have an adult accompany my child at class either... Probably will go for the whampoa campus then. Thanks!
