I am considering to transfer my child from an elite local primary school to IS, any comment? Is RCHK a good
choice?

as long as you find IS is much more suitable for your kid, then go ahead. You wont regret unless your child is doing very well or can overcome the pressure in local school....But choosing a good IS is also essential and their English requirement is very high, so it's better to transfer earlier than late.
