各位幫幫忙.......
我個B而家半歲,我想俾佢返PLAYGROUP,我睇過都Afford到,但到升小學國際學校,唔知大概每個月要幾$$呀?
仲有又話要買咩債券呀,入學費呀,究竟係點?
邊間會經濟d呢?

Do you feel happy with Think? I want my daughter to study in Think (Mei Foo). Not many people know this school well so I can't get too much comment a bout this school.

睇你讀邊間英基就比較平幼稚園4,5千小學5,6千中學8,9千債債券20萬,最貴燿中............

Each school's fees are different. You should first select a few schools that match with your family values and teaching methodologies, then go to their website and get the information.

Debenture for Yiu Chung in secondary school only.

With consideration of debentures and fees, Yiu Chung is not exactly the most expensive school.

Hi Samanthavikki,

Your information regarding the int'l schools in New Territories are very helpful. Seems you have done some research on these schools, can you comment more about the reputation on these 3 schools that you have mentioned? Actually I am thinking about Hong Luk Yuen and ICS and I really want to know what's the difference of these two shcool and which one is better.

For CIS, you can only buy the Personal Debenture (PNR) (which costs HK$75,000) after your kid is admitted to the school. That means that PNR would not give you any priority in the selection process.

On the otherhand, you can buy a corporate debenture (CNR). Holders of CNR would have priority in the admission process. However, CIS does not issue new CNRs anymore. You can only buy it on the secondary market. CIS maintains a waiting list for the purchase of secondary CNRs. In order for you to be put on the waiting list, you need to have a HK-registered company, which needs to be approved by CIS before they would put you on the waiting list. You need to submit information such as company brochure and financial statements of your company. That means you cant form a new company just for purpose of getting yourself onto the waiting list. BTW, based on what I know, the current trading price of secondary CNR is around HK$2.5MM.

The last completed deal was in the $2.8m region. At present, people typically ask for over $3m.

Wow!! The HK$2.5MM trading price is just a few weeks' old..and now people are asking for over $3m...

Perhaps I should invest in CIS' CNR instead of buying properties in HK.
