Anyone aware of the chines level in Malvern ? They say in the web page there are daily chinese lessons as this school is quite new, I really not so sure if the chinese level is maintained. My kid is now 6 years old
Is this tradition chinese or simplified chinese

//We fully embrace the Chinese language and culture in our curriculum and provide mandatory daily Chinese classes in Mandarin and simplified Chinese for all pupils.//

Anyone actually study there the school seem quite new here

My younger one studied at Malvern for two years but we left.
He had at least 4 sessions of Chinese a week. The school is teaching simplified Chinese in Mandarin. Back in our time, the school was adopting the syllabus from Beijing Normal University 北京師範大學-小學漢語課程。
Mandarin is not the language we usually speak at home. Comparing with the local school syllabus, I think the Chinese teaching (spoken and written) at Malvern is more advance than I expected.

Overall speaking , this IS have more mainlander mix of student I guess. So any reason to switch to another school after 2 years , is there anything. That’s holding back from staying at this school ?
