小學和中學的招生估計快完成了所以幼稚園準備開始了，中學部說是28號之前出結果，應該是要等到28號當日。還有兩日，有點小緊張，哈哈。

My child got invitation to face-to-face interview after chinese new year. We also apply for PY1.

thanks for your reply!...does it mean there's no direct offer? may i also know does your kid have any priority like passport of singapore/other countries, or siblings etc?

I don't know whether there are any direct offers. We are siblings, but for SISHK, siblings are not guaranteed priority.

I guess they do have sent out rejection letters, but they also put a lot of ppl in waiting list🥲 and since some applicants are invited to a second in, our chance to be called will be very slim…

As more people are moving out from HK these two years , I believe there will be more available seats coming out later this year. Good luck will come one day!

Yes, by email. You can email Admission office and enquire.

We are in waitpool. To some degree equal to rejection. I am wondering if there are any vacancies for non-Singaporean. Very disappointed though. Still need to struggle for a new application for P3.

So two kids of yours applied for SIS this year? As you said previously you got a PY1 face-to-face interview for your child

Is there 2nd-interview for primary school? I thought it is one-off, then offered or rejected.

I see~ the school provided a further interview to your younger one I guess that means there are still seats available for PY1, but maybe P2 is really full. Seems if we cannot be admitted in PY1, will be more difficult to be admitted in the next few years...:(

Yes, maybe need to wait until P4/5. There are more vacancies in upper primary school.

Thank you! Yeah I heard that there are kids leaving the school too, but we applied for PY1 22/23, the mass intake year :( can only wish some successful applicants turn down the offers lol

We did a family video with my husband and I and our son sitting in the middle, saying hello and introducing himself . They asked us to film 1-3 videos of them doing some self care activities so we did tidying up and putting on clothes. He was able to put on both his top and bottom very quickly, and for the hand motor skill video he was able to finish writing and cutting within 1 min and smiling in between. I tried to make him speak a bit more during the the activities to show how he could speak both English and Mandarin fluently.
