請問通常係咩問題先要見？

If you are talking about ESF Kindy, they have the government subsidised onsite therapy services for SEN children. Otherwise, ESF Kindy may also have some private therapists going into school to support children who need it. Children may be recommended to see an occupational therapist by teachers usually if they have concerns with their attention, sensory or fine motor skills.

Does it mean its very possible that he got ADHD or autism if being recommended to see an OT? So nervous now..

Sensory issues or fine motor skills issues are so different from autism or ADHD. If teachers suspect the later diagnosis, they will probably recommend you to see an educational psychologist first.
