標題: 有外國passport本地出生是否也算non-local student? [打印本頁]

如題,因為一些國際學校會俾priority non-local student, 想問如我小朋友是在香港出世但有外國passport, 都可以算non-local student 嗎?
另外如報讀國際學校的K1,要申請教育局的入學許可書嗎?

小朋友有foreign passport就算non-local 。
入讀免費幼稚園才需要入學註冊證。

According to the ESF policy, actually foreign passport holders are not advantageous if they want to admit to all-through private international school like Discovery College?

ESF all-through Private Independent Schools (PIS)
Our Private Independent Schools, Discovery College (DC) and Renaissance College (RCHK), provides an all-through education for primary and secondary students in their respective campuses.
In line with the Hong Kong Government’s requirements for all Private Independent Schools (PIS), both DC and RCHK have no catchment area: any student residing in Hong Kong can apply to attend. When the Colleges are at full capacity, at least 70% of the total students enrolled must have Hong Kong permanent resident status.

其實好似間間IS都當中國護照係non local
