請問報K1
1)係要差餉+水電/銀行兩樣
定淨係水電/銀行都得？
2)佢個supporting doc list,水電/銀行要original要交正本？

You just need any proof of address as they described, just scan a copy in, there's no need to send an original. Plus kindergarten is not according to catchment so anyone can apply anywhere so they are not strict about the address proof for kindergarten applications.
