我收到嘅e-mail同其他apply ESF 家長上星期分享嘅唔同，無話是否正選或後備，只係話要再等further notifications on 8/11。

我收到SJS email, 話allocate左SJS, currently being considered, there will be formal offer after discussions between the current kindergarten and SJS

My kid is ESF kinder, the email said it is allocated to SJS, which is my first priority, but its still under consideration as the teacher will come to the kindergarten to have observation

邊間學校出EMAIL,就代表會入到邊間上年我10月尾都收到SJS EMAIL
11月就CONFIRM入SJS
朋友10月尾收到RC EMAIL
11月就CONFIRM入 RC
(我地都係ESF K 的學生)

我都收到,但我覺得只係一個general email,通知已收齊資料,因為我見RC個website上面係講明11月8日會出email比申請人

but heard that there were people who fell into a "reserved list despite being allocated to one of the schools. do u know if the reserved list people already knew they were on that list in the first email or they only knew they fell into wait list in November? thanks!

From last year’s experience, for RC, you only know when u receive the second email.

以我理解,入WAITING LIST 只會入你的第一志願係因為你個RANDOM 太後, 第一志願第二志願....都輪唔到先入WAITING LIST
我識既大多數排RC第二都入到RC~~
我有聽過有人WAITING LIST, 但我都係聽講(收唔到風)
上年我地班全數都入到第一同第二志願~~
唔洗太擔心

Does this mean even if we got the first email in end of Oct saying we are allocated to BHS, this may mean we are queuing either for the (1) guaranteed place after consideration or (2) the waitlist (presuming random number is very bad) after consideration? And at this stage, we do not know if it’s 1 or 2?
