For the interview, the kids go inside themselvies. Then the principal /Vice principal will interview the parents separately. No stress throughout.

Still nothing, just got a thank you email about coming for interview and they will announce the result before mid January

You are ON waiting list. Still have chance as some vacancy may be out later when other IS offers announced. Good luck!
