如果最後唔讀請問debenture可以退回嗎？

唔該曬！不過請問如果accept offer 但之後唔讀是否一樣fully refund（我明白第一個月學費冇得refund)

PIPS and Box Hill (K1 to K3), which one is better and why, anyone can share?
