Does anyone knows if TT and anfield provide good preparation for getting into IS primary, and which one is better, or how are they different?

If I enroll into their playgroup, could my child transit to their PN and K1 etc automatically?

Both are good enough for IS, some prefer one over another, but I vote for anfield if you live in Kowloon due to primary backup.

Thanks. I got really confused by the programmes offered by Anfield Kowloon tong. There are pre-k, first steps , pg & pre programmes , all seeming to apply to same age group. And the first 2 seems only for those born in April or earlier. Why do they split it that way?

My son is born in June, so he can only apply for the pre-programmes? What about progressing to K1 ? Do kids from all these programmes kind of "merge" into K1 when they turn3?

Hope anfield parents can help out.

pre K is like nursery for the Big Bs. If you child is born in June then perhaps you can consider their nursery at the whampao campus. Both KLT Pre K and Whampao nursery will progress to K1. This is my personal assumption based on what I have observed:
The reason why KLT only takes big Bs is because they don't hold a nursery license like Whampao which allows their school kids who have reached 2 years of age to be at school by themselves. The KLT Pre k students by the time they start in Sep they are only 2 yrs 5-7 months. They need an adult's company till they turn 2 yrs 8 months (K1's legal age) so they can be at school by themselves. By around Nov/Dec the same year they would have all reached that age but it takes much longer for the small Bs, that's why they only accept big Bs.
