Our daughter will go to QBS for Year 1 starting September. Would love to meet other QBS parents.

Congratulations!
However, need to tell you that your girl will start in August, not September.
As an ex-QBS parent, they always finish at the end of June and start in mid-August.

Thanks for the reminder. I guess my daughter will have a very short summer holidays (which is not a bad thing) coming from a local Kindergarten.
Thanks so much for your feedback all along especially for my queries on their Chinese curriculum.

I will need to start training her to bring her lunch / snack, to open them and lay them out properly, then eat and pack everything herself. It will be a big project haha.

在港島區就算係non esf kinder 無NR 都有機會

Haven't heard anything about call waiting yet. No NR for us but we do have priority. I expect it would be hard to get an interview if one do not have any sorta priorities.
As for the interview, parents and kids were separated on arrival, the kids will be in a group of 8 and assessed and observed by 5-6 teachers. Not sure what happened in the interview but I believe should include story time / answering questions / playtime etc. Parents are interviewed by VP while the kids were being assessed.

We received the confirmation for the receipt of registration documents last Friday. So I assume they would have the 2nd round of interview/acceptance very soon. Good luck!

Since QBS parents are here, may I ask if anyone wish to have a 90% new QBS School bag? It's the second last model. My daughter rarely use it. QBS is not taking donation of old uniform anymore and I had thrown away many uniform already. Please if anyone would like to take it just let me know.
