Our dead line of returning the acceptance of offer is 10/2. I wonder that they will send out the letter after the clearance of 1 st round offer.

我無印像有無人收到reject letter。我只係記得上年出第一輪，好似2-3個星期出第二輪，又過多2-3星期又聽到有堆人收到。用上年經驗，現階段無信都仲有機會。當然今年係點，我就唔知lu。祝你好運。

ESF小學一定要跟地址，RC就住邊都得。大埔屬SJS範圍定另一間ESF 小學我就唔肯定。不過我印象中好似係，最好check check。。。

我嗰日個小朋友都有玩嘅全部玩具都係行去玩嘅但係老師有同佢講嘢問佢幾句佢都有答小小但係期間呢就有同我講幾句廣東話囉

I received the letter today. will open it after home. But after reading the other thread about admission to P1 of ESF....I feel hesitant about accepting the offer if we had one (not optimistic coz my boy is very shy and he barely talked during the interview). Given my boy's personality, I am afraid the risk that he will be screened out for the admission to PY is high.......

that's a concern, but it's a problem with most other schools-No absolute guarantee to primary.

No need to worry too much. like you I was indeed struggle years ago whether or not to put my son into WKS (i had another offer from NIS). i finally choose WKS over NIS as I would like him to have the priority for an interview. my son got 2 offers at last - both SJS and RC offered him a place. honestly i don't think WKS is a great kindergarten. sorry to say but i really didn't see my son was learning much at WKS. however, the relationship that WKS has with SJS / RC did give the advantage for the kids at WKS. if you are targeting ESF, WKS is definitely a wiser choice.

Depends on you are "waiting" or "active waiting", if active waiting, higher chance, like what "reserved list" in yr 1

Sorry I don't know the content of active waiting letter as my son used to receive direct offer from school. I just heard from other parents. You may like to check with school tomorrow?

So you mean your letter has the wordings "active waiting"?

That means your letter is a different one? Could you share what the letter wrote indicating the difference between active waiting and normal waiting?
