My cousin case. Line for y2 . Was in 30 sth, he got in after lining for 4 months. Very high chance to get in

He line for qbs first. But the line was very long 6x. He moved to tko then line for qbs.

Yes . Cwb is easier to get in than qbs. I mean cwb has more students come and go

For bhs and kjs, the wait list is very very long . The officer told my friend who do not have any priority that she has no hope to get a place during primary. Thats waiting for 5 years at least.

To supplement, my cousin who got a place at Cubs doesn't have any priority.

Be honest, kjs, bhs , sjs and qbs have very long waiting list. U may call ESF office to learn more.

My son has just received an G1 interview invitation from BHS last week. We applied for G1 2015-216, but no invitation for interview at all and was then placed on wait list. We was quite surprised to receive the email...unexpected!! I think he is being lucky to be invited....probably through lucky draw .

G1 is about lucky draw. But grade 2 onwards is not.

Hi, that is good to have the interview schedule. My son got the offer last week ... I think it is high chance to offer you a place when they call you for interview.

I know BHS is still calling people for yr 1, not filled up yet, my friend also received a call for interview 2 weeks ago but she didn't go. Good luck to you!

To correct , she applied y1 at qbs (through central application) and didn't get any news until in the August of y2 (start of year 2), cwbs called them. She changed from qbs to cwbs in April and got the call after lining for 4 months.

Oh I understood now, your cousin changed to CWBS while lining up for QBS. Only 4 months- that's pretty fast. May I know when she got the offer? Recently or was it a few years ago?

I was told that if my son get the offer after the interview, he will have to start right away. NOW not in the coming school term. My son is already in Grade 1....we applied in 2015.

Yes, my son got the offer but we are struggling rather to take it or not. First, they want us to start today and my son against the idea. Secondly, we need to make sure we make the right decision. btw, did you take the offer? and which grade your son is interviewing for?

My replied was shown earlier. His case was applying year 1 for 2014-2015 and got the offer for year 2 2015-2016 ( happened in August 2015)
For my friend's case for other ESF school in Kowloon. They were applying ESF year 3 but was told the queue is very long no hope to get it before end of primary.

Not my kid is my nephew. Cwbs has more expat kids studying so they come and go the turnover rate must be higher than other ESF schools.
