如果家長唔識英文，又想孩子讀國際學校，會唔會好有困難？我怕比孩子讀左之後會影響到佢……

就算唔係流利英語，簡單對答都要。因見家長要同外籍老師溝通，學校通告，成績報告全部英文

視乎邊間國際學校，有些強調中文的，家長無用識英文。

我覺得家長既英文水平唔多唔少會對個學生造成壓力, 因為當啲家長個個都用流利既英文同老師係家長日溝通果陣, 個學生自然會覺得自己同人唔同.
另外, 最緊要既係認清入國際學校既目的.

YCIS kinder maybe one of your choices as the school emphasises on mother tongue.
If parents are not important, then why some schools interview parents (I mean primary)?!
I think parents not necessary to be gd in English, but background (some schools) and politeness, manner etc.
This is just my opinion, maybe I am wrong. But welcome any other thought!

Yes, some IS/PIS should be more local parents friendly:
YCIS, CAIS, RC, ISF, VSA...

YCIS definitely yes. The way their program is designed (early years using Cantonese and switching over to Mando in late KG etc) is geared towards families using Cantonese as their mother tongue. You need to apply early though as it is hard to even get an interview if the child doesn't start from their playgroup/toddler program....
