ESF has just advised that they will be replacing their current refundable capital levy of $25K with a new NON-refundable levy for all new students entering ESF primary and secondary schools from August 2015. Cost of the levy will depend on which year the child is entering. It will not apply to existing ESF primary/secondary students (and those entering Aug 2014) which continue to be under the refundable scheme. Also does not apply to Renaissance, Discovery College or ESF kindergartens.

收完levy都可加學費，唔知有無講明levy用途

咁你又唔使擔心；學費一定年年加；(經常性開支增加；老師加人工就一定加學費；如果老師唔加人工走晒唔續約；比你都唔好讀)。email說Levy係用黎維修；更新硬件；賬目應該分得開(i guess >90%ESF家長唔會咁有心睇盤數。)

眼見ESF中小學近年加幅已經比旗下PIS略低；as a stakeholder其實都冇咩好抱怨。

都估到會有capital levy,不過都少過PIS.大女今年八月入學唔洗俾，但細妹2016先Year1,俾38000同加學費20+至少，
