No, they have campuses in Repulse Bay and Tai Tam.

Originally we were to interview for HKIS Reception class next year (my son is born Nov 2010), but he just got accepted into anther school this year so the possibility of us switching over to HKIS is now low. From my previous research they are looking for language skills, character, & intelligence. Very vague i know, sorry i cannot be of more help.
