You can have a look on SpanishWorld in Central.
www.spanishworldhk.com
I would suggest to learn in a center that focus on one foreign language (usually backed up by relevant government body), rather than those language centers with multiple options.

Apart from interest, you may look at the practicality as well. Learning resources available is also a concern.
French sounds like a requirement for Us in Canada.
French is commonly spoken in Canada and South Africa, other than France.
Spanish is commonly spoken in South America, other than Spain. It is the language spoken by the World's 3rd largest population, following English and Chinese.
There are more learning support available in HK for French rather than Spanish. Or, in other words, Spanish is less popular and thus fewer people know and speak the language in HK which is a comparative advantage.

Sorry. I don't know much about French learning centers. My friends' kids learn in 法國文化協會 in Jordan.
Perhaps, you can try 法國文化協會 as a start.
There is a French book shop called Parentheses in Central (on Wellington Street). Or, you try to talk to the staff there to get some information, if any, on good French learning center, rather than going to those language "shops".

My 2 cents' is ....
1 - there is 西班牙文化協會which you link you up with Spanish tutor. Just google.
2 - I personally prefers Spanish if it is mutually exclusive against French because you can use English in Canada & SA but Spanish will work much better in most Spanish speaking countries or when you talk to people from Spanish speaking countries. Also, Spanish shares the same grammer as English but French grammar is more complex.
3 - The key to me instead is that you will need companion to learn together with. Otherwise, your children (I guess) wont have the motivation to learn/practise.

flextone,
學西班牙文比較好, 因為:
That is why I let my son learn Spanish.
Besides, many people in Europe have to learn a second language in high school. Hence, it won't be surprised that French or German people could speak Spanish.
Spanish, French and Italian have quite some similarities. I recalled using Spanish to communicate with an Italian speaking couple in Tuscany. It worked to some extent.

事實上, 西班牙文法和法文文法都是比英文文法難!
It is mainly because of the irregular verbs for different tenses and the muscular and feminine nouns. Other than these, Spanish is not much difficult than English.

I was studying French in Canada for one year but I hated it.
I tried to study Spanish on my own two years ago and I loved it.
