I just read this from ESL website:

For Year 1 Central Applications made in September 2015 and in subsequent years, children attending an ESF International Kindergarten will not receive priority for interview at an ESF school or Discovery College. A priority for interview will be given at Renaissance College.

Sounds odd. Seems from 2016 onwards, the only ways into RC are through siblings, NR and attending an ESF kinder. No other kinder students will ever have a chance.

I went to RC's school visit a few months ago and the teacher did mention that they will still give priority to ESF kindergarten kids as they have a closer relationship with the kindergarten than the other ESF schools.

But of course priority for interview doesn't mean priority for the actual acceptance.

However, reading from the lines you cited above, I don't understand why DIscovery College doesn't follow the same. So I'm still very confused!

They refer to Sept 2015 application, and so what i mean is from 2016 admission or after.
