Received an email today saying that VSA is going to install a debenture scheme starting from Y1 2014. An information session will be given to the kindergarten parents next week. Not mentioned the detailed amount. As the rumour says is 500k? Seems this will not be exempted for the current kindergarten students....

500k not rumor la it's already stated. There will be a information session on 26/2
