A new debenture scheme International Christian School.
The $190,000 payment will be fully depreciated after 9 years.

Yes, it's quite expensive as compared to other int'l school

Another concern, do they have any financial difficulty in changing this debenture from refundable to depreciation. Some also provided info. that they just raised the amt from 60,000 to 190,000 - refundable, and now just after a few years to depreciation...

Any views from others? Have they provided any rationale of changing the debenture scheme?
