Dear BK parents,

Pls. beware of this and don't go there for your children piaano class. I've justed being treated by them. They said that I could take holiday and they would have make up class for my son. In Mar, one week my son was sick and the following week we went for a vacation and both lessons I have told them to cancel the classes. The next week my son went there and they changed the teacher for my son without telling me beforehand. Also, just let my son play for less than ten minutes and let him wait outside to pretend they had provided the make-up class. This is really untrustful! So, be careful.

Oh, yes, she said that this wed will be the make-up class for my son. And when I know that they changed the teacher then I said it was no good and will not join for April class. She then asked us to leave and my son told me he did not play with the piano and just wait outside.

I think they're untrustful because before I enroll, they said everything OK and saying they will put students as number 1 concern. But after I pay the tuition fee then their attitude changed.

It is absolutely OK if they set up any rules and tell me beforehand, then it should be fair. Anyway, I share here just don't want any BK parent to fell into the same trap.

Can you share more about Tom Lee? I'm thinking of finding another piano teacher for my son.

feel so sorry to heard that

The case is very simple,
the communication problem.
A told B to do something but B forgot
(by any reason) and A didn't follow up.
Then C suffer at the end.
Of course, it was a happy ending,
That's why they are very famous for years.
